Rent the WARD CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY ART for your next party! Under a recent 6 million dollar renovation, this spacious, beautiful, and historic, art gallery venue will make your party the talk of the town. We can accommodate small and large parties of up to 500 guests. They will be wowed by our 19 ft. ceilings, refinished wood floors, historic details, beautiful lighting, modern decor and charming neighborhood!
What's included?
Tables and chairs for 250 guests are always included. A special VIP loft area is a unique and fun feature, as well as two grand staircases for a dramatic entrance! You will get the space for a full day so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your party. We also provide a private dressing room, kitchen facilities for the caterer, and an experienced staff coordinator on-site for the duration of your event making sure everything runs smoothly.
How do I reserve the space?
Call 804.252.9233 to tour the space and let us answer any questions you may have. A $300 security deposit is required to reserve your date. The building is under complete renovation through Fall, 2014. At this time we are offering tours of the space and taking deposits to reserve your special date. We look forward to meeting you and hearing all about your plans!
